Elizabeth W. Burden graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2006 with a B.B.A. in Business Management. Mrs. Burden earned her J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law in Tulsa, Oklahoma in May 2010. While at the University of Tulsa College of Law she was on the Dean’s List, served as Senior Candidates Editor for the Tulsa Journal of Comparative and International Law, and participated in the traveling Negotiation Team for the Board of Advocates. Mrs. Burden is a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity and served as a student attorney for the Boesche Legal Clinic Social Enterprise and Economic Development (SEED) Law Project. Mrs. Burden was awarded the Order of Barristers in 2010, and currently serves on the University of Tulsa Law Alumni Board of Directors. Mrs. Burden is admitted to practice in Oklahoma. She is a member of the Tulsa County (YLD Committee and Membership Services Committee), Oklahoma and American Bar Associations.
Mrs. Burden’s practice is concentrated in the areas of civil litigation, with an emphasis in domestic, probate and construction matters.
